About the Event
Have you ever wondered how life was in ancient Alexandria? An Egyptian- Greek city embraced all cultures. How the divergent religious views were practiced and presented in art ?and why Art is important for us to be viewed ?
The recent archaeological evidence over the last decade supports an alternative hypothesis about life in ancient Alexandria especially about funerary practices . The recent findings present a shift in this socio-religious dynamic, indicating that the city’s inhabitants increasingly adopted a syncretic approach to integrate Egyptian religious practices within their own traditions.
