Tune In To A Chilling Archaeogaming Livestream!
The winter season is steadily approaching, and with it SASA has prepared a special Archaeogaming Live Session over on our Twitch channel! Join Madigan Shepherd this Friday, December 19th at 12 pm PST and embark on a journey within the captivating game Year Walk.
Based on the ancient Swedish tradition and holiday of Årsgång, Year Walk is an immersive adventure game sprinkled with horror elements (those who are easily spooked, be warned!). Set foot on this unique first person experience with a heavy focus on story telling, the supernatural, and the lengths humankind will go to satisfy its natural inclination to try and glean the future.
As always, SASA’s goal with our Archaeogaming livestreams is to strike the perfect balance between entertaining and informative. Viewers can expect to learn something fascinating about antiquity while also being exposed to lovingly crafted digital worlds. Even if you’ve played Year Walk before or any of the titles we decide to explore in the future, you’ll find yourself coming away with a brand new perspective!
If you wish to support us so that we can continue making both our Archaeogaming streams and modules come to life, consider donating to SASA! Our organization is always looking for more donors and any amount is greatly appreciated. SASA will always strive to promote the crucial importance of Ancient Studies, and our commitment to Archaeogaming is just one piece of that puzzle.
In case you’re not able to make this stream, we keep our playthroughs up on Twitch for as long as possible. You can also catch our Archaeogaming playthroughs on SASA’s YouTube channel.
We hope to see you there!
I find articles like this useful because they explain why checking the correct router address matters. If a search leads to 10.0.0.0.1, readers should compare it with the address provided by their router manufacturer before attempting to change anything. That small step can prevent unnecessary troubleshooting later.
People-search services can produce useful information, but matching records to the correct individual is particularly important when several people share the same name. Addresses, age ranges, relatives, and other data points should be considered together rather than assuming that one matching detail confirms an identity. Records can also become outdated over time, so users should understand the limitations of database information. The customer experiences discussed on BeenVerified may help illustrate why search results should be checked carefully before drawing conclusions about a person.
Great post full of useful tips! My site is fairly new and I am also having a hard time getting my readers to leave comments. Analytics shows they are coming to the site but I have a feeling “nobody wants to be first”.. Knee Massager Australia
Thank you for sharing this intriguing perspective on archaeogaming! I love how "Speed Stars" perfectly captures the thrill of uncovering history through gaming. The livestream concept is a fantastic way to engage with ancient studies in such a dynamic manner!
The genre focuses on tension and atmosphere, using sound design and lighting to create an immersive nightmare that stays with you long after you stop playing. You must balance the need to explore with the constant threat of being caught and losing a day. Every corner hides a potential death, because granny could be right behind it.
