Sponsored by the Wenner-Gren Foundation, this year's conference feature live translation in English, Spanish, and Arabic. We accept submissions in English, Spanish, and Arabic, too!
Conference Goals
Save Ancient Studies Alliance is planning the second year of our NEW type of conference for ALL Ancient Studies scholars with the following goals:
1
Present and support excellent scholarship by scholars around the world, who work outside academia, and researchers who have not followed the traditional tenure-track career path.
2
Foster discussion and action regarding public outreach and scholarly inclusiveness.
3
Hold a conference freely available to the public.
4
Continue building a joint community of scholars including both those whose occupations are inside and outside academia.
